Full management cost starts from 11% of the pcm rent depending on requirements.
No up front costs to tenant(s) unless required to secure a property which will be dedutced from the overall move in cost.
No cost to either party for tenancy renewals.
Services will include, but are not limited to:
• Viewing the property and advising on its preparation for the letting market
• Marketing the property to find a suitable prospective tenant(s).
• Full and satisfactory referencing the prospective tenant.
• Collect Tenants Right to Rent and reside within the United Kingdom
• Preparing the relevant legal documents, including the Tenancy Agreement and relevant paperwork.
• Set up the Tenant Utility accounts before commencement of the tenancy.
• Checking the Tenant into the property. A personal touch.
• The banking of the deposit in our chosen scheme and providing the tenant with all the relevant Prescribed Information for that scheme.
• Video inventory of the property documenting the current condition of the property.
• Managing the property during the Tenancy Agreement, arranging repairs and refurbishments as necessary.
• Conducting periodic inspections on the property.
• At the conclusion of the Tenancy Agreement, checking-out the tenant from the property.
All rents collected through the PayProp system.
Marketing of your Property:
We may market using our marketing methods, which will include some or all of the following:
• Internet marketing with various websites;
• Contacts with local companies and relocation agents.
• Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
We continuously strive to promote ourselves to as many potential tenants as possible, by using a number of ways and means. Once registered, we will qualify suitable tenants and reference them from appropriate sources, which may include previous landlords (if any), employers, accountants, business references and credit checks. We will ensure that only applicants that sufficiently pass these checks are placed into your property so we can continue to build our family of happy Landlords/Tenants.
